Mark Reynolds has Three Articles on Geometric Analysis Published in ‘Architecture and Mathematics from Antiquity to the Future’

Architecture and Mathematics from Antiquity to the Future, a 2-volume set of scholarly articles published by Springer Publishers in February 2015, includes three articles on geometric analysis written by Mark Reynolds. The three sites analyzed by Reynolds were Filippo Brunelleschi’s Pazzi Chapel in Florence, Italy, the Salk Institute in La Jolla, CA built by Louis Kahn, and the pre-Columbian Mesoamerican city of Teotihuacan in Mexico, all of which the artist visited for research, and which continually influence his artistic practice. Hard-cover copies may be purchased here and digital PDFs may be supplied by the artist. Please email the gallery for more information if interested in a downloadable PDF.
