Artist Statement
In my photographs and installations,
I use the familiar as a pathway to the unfamiliar. This approach enables
me to investigate how shifts in physical and psychological perspective
alter our perception and reveal new layers of meaning.
Taking this as a point of departure,
my creative process integrates mechanical, photographic and digital tools
to produce images and impressions that act as conduits for experiences
that are not accessible through the everyday.
