A view of the human body. The formed, breathing mass
made tactile and elastic. The constriction of space, time, and change in
the continuous aging process. The antithesis of the traditional photographic
nude. Although sometimes viewed as erotic these photos appear more forensic,
investigating the body in harsh often overexposed medical-like lighting.
Vulnerable, unattractive, even clinical. Themes of the spirit and soul,
healing, memory, transcendence, tension, magic, cleansing and meditation.
The fragility and impermanence of life.
